Blinque, the Asian Tapas Bar serves amazing progressive Latin Asian Cuisine in a Lounge setting. The lounge serves gourmet tapas with new world influence, and has a selection of new world wines. Blinque is open at lunchtime for private parties and from 6pm until midnight for dinner and drinks. Chill Out to European Lounge Music influenced by Asian Ethnic sounds and artists or Latino beats and Deep House later in the night.

Enjoy quesadillas, enchiladas, dimsums, tikkas, in a manner never made before. Our chefs roll out some international starters which include  Tempura Koliwada with Wasabi Mayo and Dimsums with Chicken Tikka mince. Asian inspired cocktails like Watermelon Mojito and Litchi Caipiroska, are the all time favourites and a variety of beers are available. A series of events and Happy Hours are targeted at the young IT crowd in the city. Amazing sound quality and mood lighting set the stage for a happening party or just relax, unwind and chill!
